Always heard about this top player, but never actually witnessed him do anything myself, other than sulk around the pitch struggling to play against english defenders.

Until tonight. Capped by an absolutely ridiculous goal at the end.

I dof my cap to you big man.

I feel after this he might be in the need for a review. 10 goals for PSG this season and on fire. Such an underrated footballer imo and prob one of the best CF's in the world

Agree with Tom, I've seen him as one of the worlds most over-rated Centre-Forwards..

Until that goal... Jesus Christ.

Other than that, he's flattered to decieve.

Constantly failed to deliver on the big occasion, hower sadly let down by the largely inept bunch of nobodies that surround him in yellow.

However, it appears one man can make a team especially in a showpiece yet meaningless friendly.

For every wonder-goal, there's 28 lundicrous wild slashes from 30 yards ignoring better placed team-mates.

See at least 3 first half examples from tonight.

Ok. He scored four. He had a decent night!

I agree with what you are saying to a certain extent but can't knock a man who has won the league with every team he has ever played with (PSG the current exception). Would be interesting to see who people think as a CF is currently better than him in world football?

He is perhaps the most arrogant footballer on the planet tho!

Super question Ben... A better CF? Does the centre forward still exist at the very top level?

If we're not including the Messi, Aguero types that drop off...

I'll get slapped for this from this forum, but I'd prefer either Benzema or Higuain. If I'm trying to build a team, then I go for these two.

If I want a superstar to lift an average nation, it's Ibrahimovic... Or Ballotelli.

The other point is this... Clive Tyldsley listed his club sides on numerous occasions..

Ajax, Inter Milan, Juventus, Barcelona, A.C Milan, PSG

And his goalscoring record at all of them is at least 1 in 2... Awesome

So why has every club he's been at moved him out after a maximum of two years

I presume because (and to use a cricketing analogy) he is like Pietersen - hated by everyone he plays with - but an exceptional and world class talent!

Cavani or Falcao are proper old school CF's. And Jackson Martinez at Porto (take a look at him).

That is all about the agent. Mino Raiola is the total money whore, makes Kia Joorabchian look like a decent fella.

He's Pogba's agent as well, no surprise that as soon as he was appointed he wanted to leave United. He will be gone from Juve within 3 years.
