One thing I would say to a few of you is a reminder on how team disruption works, mainly because there have been some big changes in formation and tactics during the close season and the results your team have attained may not be up to expectations. 

1) you can make as many positional changes as you want.
2) you can make 3 personnel changes to the first 11 without any disruption.
3) any change of tactics will cause disruption.

Disruption is calculated at 1 point per cause, so changing 5 personnel would give the team 2 points of disruption. Then on top of that if you change the tactic in one of your tactical slots you get 1 more point of disruption.

So changing all 11 of your first teamers and all 5 tactical slots could get the team 13 points of disruption.

Each friendly you play that is the mirror image of your first team unwinds 1 point of disruption. 
Each competitive game your first team plays unwinds 1 point of disruption.

At the beginning of any competitive first team game the system downgrades players by 1 full skill in each category for each 1 point of disruption. So disruption is a big handicap for that week.

And for this season disruption will also be applied to reserve, youth and schoolboy teams to a lesser extent, where each point of disruption downgrades players by 1/3rd of a skill in each category.

There is no disruption for cup teams.

At the end of week all disruption is expunged.
