| Hi Paul,
Just wanted to ask if there was a bonus structure in CF?
Know there is a wage structure but when sorting out how much to pay in terms of people's bonus do you set a % of their wage or is it an equal amount of money and if so are there any guidelines to this?
Thanks
Ben

| You should set there bonus to 10% of there wage. But as far as I'm aware you can only set a team bonus so to set all ur players to superb is 10% of Rooney's wage.
15k x 18 = 270k per win + assist,goal,clean sheet bonus.
10% of Rvp wage is 20k so.
20k x 18 = 360k n if I win league n cup its 720k plus other bonuses so wins are get expensive! But ultimately worth it. |

- Question regarding the bonuses you revealed today Paul....
Are the bonuses calculated with the first 11 that take to the pitch or the first 18 in the match day squad?
If it is the first 11, do any subs that come on also get the same bonuses calculated when they come on, or do they miss out as they are just subs?
Also, if it is calculated on the first 11, and you have three languages starting, but bring on a fourth different language do all the bonuses get adjusted or just the player coming on?
ie Can the bonuses change mid game?
Would you get the same bonus for a debutant if he started on the bench that you would if he started?
Thanks each individual player in the first18 before the match kicksoff for individual bonuses/handicaps and then some which affect the whole team are re-assessed if people go off or come on, incl sendingoffs etc debutant gets the bonus before the game but if you dont play him then he will get it again the following week, if he plays for the last 5 mins then he only gets it for those 5 minutes |

- Also do the bonuses like captains and debutants (50%) increase all skills by 50% or just certain ones?
its 50% of a skill, so a skill of 7 would go up to 7.5, not 10.5 not all skills are affected, quickness is not affected, dribbling, trickery, offside, manmarking, strength, leadership and vision arent affected |

- Does it effect player or squad morale or have an adverse effect elsewhere if you keep changing your captain?
everytime you change your captain the new guy starts to 0eff and gets +10% for each game he plays at captain up 100% max, every game you dont play as capt the bonus goes down by 10%. so if you dropped last weeks cap and replaced him then he would lose 10% eff the week he wasnt selected to be captain, if hes injured or something or you just dont like him, or whatever reason. |

- One more, sorry.
How does the player of the season bonus work.
I can see where some of my players are or have been players of the season on the profiles 2 sheet, but do they get this bonus every week or just on certain occasions? Also, is it just the current player of the season that gets it or all of them?
Annoyed because I ignored the player of the season dealing at the end of last season. You live and learn I suppose....!! pots is gained every week and only reset when the player moves to a different club. if he was pots 5 years ago at your club then he still gets the bonus. |

10% of the players wage gives 100% bonus effectiveness |

10% of the players wage gives 100% bonus effectiveness Thanks Paul. I presume then that using the SA code you just put 10% which puts everyone on full bonus effectiveness? Or have I got this totally wrong? |

I presume then that using the SA code you just put 10% which puts everyone on full bonus effectiveness? Or have I got this totally wrong? if you want everybody to have the max bonus you look at your top earner and then use the special action codes CB and WB with values set to 10% of the top earners wages. you have to write the amount though the system wont calculate it for you. |

the system is structured so that a 99WR should require a bonus of 10000 meaning a winbonus payment that week of 180,000 for the league match and the same for the cup match if you have one, which isnt too much really when you consider your sponsor pays you 1.1m per week regardless of results. its only when teams are flooded with attitude 1s that you have to start paying extortionate bonuses and thats quite right. If you have just one 99WR on the 250,000 then your bonuses go through the roof |

just out of interest....surely if he's injured he shouldn't lose the 10% tho? shouldnt the captain thing be "club captain" rather than match day captain anyway? |

| so..best thing to do is have a different player of the season every year, even if he doesn't deserve it. not that it matters to someone like me who changes there first XI every 2 seasons |

2 pots awards on the same player gives 2 times the bonus so the choice is yours. |
