The huge news for the Bundesliga Cup this week is the shock exit of Bayern Munich as a late extra time goal knocks them out of the third round draw, with only Frankfurt failing to score and suffering the same fate, it looks like being a good close competition this year.

You can take an extra team in Scotland if you like under the recently introduced "Scottish Club Sponsorship Scheme", which allows non-Scottish clubs to affiliate themselves with a scottish club very similar to how feeder clubs work with the same limitations and balances.

Just to let you know I got a cup sheet for Middlesborough through and not Stoke. Also, on the sheet it had Man City's previous team and stats... at the bottom for some reason. Obv not to worry but just thought worth flagging up.

Lol, Paul I think you need to check something with the cup results, Ive already gone out to a lower league team this season. I know I'm having a stinker of a season but surely even I can't have two giantkillings against me in the same competition!

I give up this week   I just spent an hour sending out last week's turns instead of this week, so i'm gonna do it again, sorry guys.

Excellent week for my teams, looking forward to having a good read of it in a bit! Very happy with the cup result with young players proving their worth to the squad! Flamengo seem unstoppable at the moment, scoring goals for fun and a nice solid defence, not sure how long I can leave Lewandowski there for before he has to come over to Barcelona.
