Asked Alan about Ramsey last week and also got the same straight bat response.  He is a hard man to deal with, wouldn't play poker with him, that's for sure! lol

Have you seen the City midfield? If Ramsey wen there I'm not sure any team matches it or even comes close.

Yeah, Geoff done a stellar job rebuilding that side. The treble is still very much on this year for him.  How many managers have done that?  Spanish boys? Rob?  Can't be many more?

Just for the record ....... although City only beat Villa 2-0 in the Cup they totally dismantled us.  It deserved to be 15.

Alan the ARsenal manager has asked me to update everybody on his transfer dealings that involve more than one manager, so this really only effects Aaron Ramsey.

Alan says He doesn't want to sell Ramsey but he is considering a swap deal from Man City that involves Paulinho and Fernando Reges. Anybody else want to post a non-cash bid can do so before the next deadline and Alan will decide before then if he is to let Aaron Ramsay go or not.

edit - He is esp interested in a top class TM and might have Danny Blind available.

Santos have bought Breno CB ( 18m ) and Romulo DY ( 35m ) from Bayern Munich.
Bayern have also sold Rene Adler to Dortmund GK ( 32m ).
Bayern bought Mario Gomez from Stuttgart CF for 35m and put in a perm bid of 35m for Podolski.

some of your squads are now either at 25 players or over 25 players and that is the hard cap so you will not be allowed to sign any more players unless you either sell somebody first ( important to write these orders first on your dealings, helps me out greatly ) or "hide" somebody in one of your youth academies or send somebody out on loan.

Thanks. Kind words always appreciated. Would love to add Ramsey to my midfielders. Will be a very high price if it happens though.

I seem to remember Mark Sanderson doing it with Newcastle.

Really?  Such a shame that Mark doesn't have as much time these days, glad he is still keeping his hand in though.  Hopefully promotion might tempt him back into full time management.
