| the first of the mega deals has gone through okay, despite breaking my player swap system with such high figures, never thought any player would ever be worth 100million.
Sergio Aguero joins Manchester City for £100million and Jamie Vardy moves to Plymouth for nothing as part of the deal. |

| Good god. What a deal.
There goes the title. At least I can console myself with the fact I've already played Geoff twice this season.
Andys task just got a whole lot harder! |

| nice to see players taking advantage of the higher transfer fees that reality managers are offering by way of the permanant bid system this week, with eight such deals going through as Sevilla send two players on their way as well. |

| Well, some big moves there!
Be interesting to see how Aguero fits into Geoffs' side.
And I wonder if the Vardy/Mahrez partnership will echo real life at Plymouth?
I seem to remember that there IS provision for 'partnerships' within the game. unless I'm mistaken (which is quite likely if I'm honest!)? |

| BREAKING NEWS – PLYMOUTH RELEASES TRANSFER STATEMENT
Plymouth have today announced two major additions to the club in Rhiad Mahrez and Jamie Vardy, breaking the transfer world record in the process. Whilst it was a difficult decision to let Sergio Aguero leave the club, in Mahrez and Vardy we have brought in world-class talent who help us challenge, not only in the short-term, but for many seasons to come.
We hope fans will remember the last rebuilding job which took place and which saw Plymouth reach the Champions League final and win the Premier League. We feel that the signings today are a warning to the rest of the teams in world football that we will not rest on our past achievements and are willing to make the big and difficult decisions needed to succeed.
We assure fans that we expect to be very active in the transfer market in the coming weeks. |

Luckily the results of football matches relies on many things not just having a partnership |

| Just by way of a heads up...
I have been very busy the last few weeks and will be very busy over the coming months with other computer work outside of Championship Football, so I have been unable to find the time, like I normally do, to chase down scout reports for some of you on your news and reviews. As a result some of this weeks reviews were based solely on the scout reports you sent me with your order sheets. Feel free to do another review and send in better scout reports for me to look at next week if you feel the review was less than pleasing. Sorry bout that but at least if you followed the guidelines you did get your players reviewed properly. |

| I'm always wary of sending too much in, especially if I think you are more than aware of the player in question. Is it best just to send loads in then? Obviously you don't want to spend most of your time reading but then I guess that would be quicker than you having to search yourself?
Is there a limit or a recommended quantity for reviews? |

Is there a limit or a recommended quantity for reviews? if the player is well known and is obviously wrong a review can be an easy thing and doesnt need much info, what you need to ensure is that you send me info ( highlighted if possible ) to underline the less obvious things you think should be reviewed. For instance reviewing a players CR would only need a scout report that shows how many international caps he now has, reviewing his trademarks would need more, extracts from match reports would be good for that. A big review of a little known overseas player would require lots of info. |
