| Email turns all sent out.
I have also included a copy of the latest rulebook although not much has changed since the last issue I think it is worth me doing this once a year.
The rulebook file is a RICH text document .RTF that can be opened with WORDPAD or some other compatible reader but let me know if you have problems with it. |

| Hi Paul, I think I did a bank transfer on 31 December but forgot to ping you. Could you have a quick check to see if it came through. May have hit that day or a couple of days after. Thanks. |

Yes I noticed that. It occured because 1) I froze inflation for this season and 2) we moved from 2018 to 2019. The Inflation freeze was apart of my efforts to make the potential of all clubs the same so that with the right effort any manager can create a top club and get the top incomes, which were previously only available to big city clubs. The whole system is easier to manage and maintain and understand without the added complication of inflation so after talking to several top managers on the forum I implemented an inflation freeze. This freeze means you can now budget not one but any number of years ahead. The change in year has affected attendances for clubs who were charging big city ticket prices last year, under inflation supporters were willing to pay higher prices calculated to include the following years inflation quotient. This stopped on Dec31st. That may not have been adequately explained by me at the time I froze inflation. So some big city clubs may need to reduce their ticket prices back under the maximums if their attendances have fallen off. Compensation for lost income can be claimed from Championship Football HQ next week. |

| It's now the same for all teams, big city or not, but still depends on the previous seasons success/failures and where you are in the league and how many star players you have. Overall just slightly lower than where it was last year but only slightly. |
