| My return to The Bridge is a happy one, been sat at work just waiting for that Cury equaliser to pop up but stood firm... I’m now off to stock up on Fellaini wigs |

| Quite a few deals this week but the big one was the sale of Joao Cancelo from Ancona to Watford for a massive £175millions leaving half a dozen other managers disappointed who also bid for the right back.
Chelsea were the biggest movers as they signed John Obi Mikel, Gerald Deulofeu, Kurt Zouma, Kepa and Victor Lindelof and let Coates go to Ancona. Man United reclaimed the "lost" Sergio Romero whom the system had mistakedly moved away from Old Trafford by mistake. Blackburn bought Jonjo Shelvey from Charlton for £10millions to help shore up their midfield.
All these deals and more are detailed on the TP special action each week. |

| Haha thank you Gary, however I always operate within FFP and there isn't a need for a fire sale at Vicarage Road. |

Watford 6 +5 champions Palace 6 +2 Plymouth 4 +5 Liverpool 4 +2 Charlton 4 +1 Not a bad start to things here, especially with the CL win - bigger squad and more rotation needed. Things starting to come together at Plymouth but a long way to go... |

| "Chelsea were the biggest movers as they signed John Obi Mikel, Gerald Deulofeu, Kurt Zouma, Kepa and Victor Lindelof and let Coates go to Ancona" Wow! and all on a £5m start up. I need some lessons in dealing ....but then do I want over 30's???? Lazio and Ruzomberok out of the traps and flying, while Villa managed at draw against Plymouth (keeping them off the top of the table) and a good win in Europe. Lazio didn't do so well against Plymouth and will struggle to get out of a very strong group. |

Startups are £5millions but for returning players I usually let them take over the club as it was when the previous manager left and add in the £5millions if they dont already have that much in their bank account. Historically I have always done a hard reset of the club and returned a new manager to square one with 5m no building and no backroom staff and that is still an option if requested but it never is requested, so now I do a soft reset depending on which division the club plays in and what sort of opposition they will have to face they may lose some buildings and some backroom staff but I try to keep the club competitive from day one. |

Va bene! non fa niente, grazie, as they'd say on the Lazio terraces |

| Email turns all sent out, please check them carefully as I am still making changes to the system to help it cope with the move to Windows 10, thanks. |

| Thanks Paul another great weeks entertainment.
Just on first glance, I have noticed a couple of things that I'm not sure if they are Windows 10 related or not?
A couple of my players are either banging my door down or unhappy about being substituted when they should either be protected by academies or still in their honeymoon period?
None of my scouts managed to find anyone this week at all?
Not sure if this is my fault or not, will check tomorrow but my TM was taken out of my reserve team and youth team for some reason, not sure I made changes to either team?
Transfer list gone a bit bonkers too, I'm all for getting young talent in but there are quite a few 1 year olds on there? Bit too young I reckon?
None of these are really that important and not desperate (apart from my players attitudes!) but thought you would want to know with the transfer to Windows 10 in process?
Hopefully these are easily sorted and just teething problems? |
