No turn from me this week, just didn't have time , can you send a turn for Emelec (just a cheap basic one as they literally have no staff buildings etc so no need for more) I will transfer some money over to you

We have some more important games this week that I am eager to watch unfold, not least of all the three big games in the Premiership where Watford entertain Man City and Charlton travel across town to Chelsea for what could be a cracking derby match and Aston Villa take on fast improving Tottenham so it's an exciting week in England. The big four in Germany are also going head to head this week as Schalke need a result at Dortmund and Bayern will want all three points at home to Gladbach. The important games continue to come thick and fast in Spain as well where Real Madrid have a tough game at Real Betis and Barcelona have a tricky game at Santander to negotiate. This could be a crucial week for all those clubs involved near the top of the divisions.

No orders received from Chelsea, Plymouth or Real Madrid this week.

In light of week 8s discussions, Schalke have decided to persevere with their new tactic in preparation for NEXT season - a tough call, but hopefully will bear fruit in the future!

Curious, if you run friendlies prior to the league and cup games. Do the benefit/effects off friendlies take place before the league/cup games or only once training is run?

Some benefits accrue during matches, things like experience, but others like skill gains dont accrue until training.

Watford

At Home to Geoff's City, who are always a threat even while he rebuilds he squad, will be a game of plenty of chances no doubt, CAT vs FAS. Thoroughly looking forward to this game. Always enjoy testing myself and certainly this is a game where Watford will be tested.

Genk

Another 8 goal's in the Cup, with some rotated in to keep the squad fresh for the league. So it will be up to Alkmaar who shocked the league and took all 3 points off Ajax to stop the march of Galatico Genk Allstar's! Spearheaded by the rejuvenated Lewandowski who is hitting his Prime for the Blauw-Wit! With the Capacity of the stadium doubled this season, the chairman has charged the manager with bringing in the Extra fans to make use of the state of the art facilities And to make Genk a global name. 


Botafogo 

Enjoyed there biggest ever win i believe in a 9-0 to boost the Morale of the team ahead of the league game vs the unlikely 1st and 2nd. Cruzeiro Vs Botafogo! Hopefully the Cruzeiro fan's will welcome there former manager before he took a sabbatical. However aim of the game here is to come away with All 3 points in order to keep the gap at the top! Manager looks to reward the team with the great form of late. Will they appreciate it...
