Delighted with Reaulta this week, focus was always on the CUP and go get all 3 teams into he finals is a fantastic achievement. Both Genk and Botafogo have taken the Game to a whole other level this season. Fans will be ecstatic to be cheering on there teams!

Hi Paul, sorry I’ve only just opened my turn and unfortunately have noticed an error which massively impacted on Nantes cup game. Is it now too late to do anything about it?

No it's not too late, I will have to rerun this game as I entered a schoolboy at fullback sn36 instead of sn39 which would certainly impact the result. more to follow soon...

Due to a mistake during the data entry I have had to rerun one of the Europa Cup semi-finals, originally Genk overcame Nantes by a single goal to go through but I had placed a schoolboy fullback into the Nantes team by mistake. So I replaced the schoolboy with Tom's chosen player and reran the game, the new results is

Nantes 2 Genk 2 aet 3-2 pens 

This is a turnaround on the original result with Nantes going through on penalties.

Sincere apologies to Genk's boss Phil for the mistake and huge thanks to him for understanding and agreeing to the rematch. We are all very lucky to be apart of such a great community here in CF.

I cant begrudge the result. From taking Genk over 2 seasons ago to where they are now. Well is remarkable and to only lose on penalties! Well done Genk!

Appreciate the manner in which you took the rematch, it confirmed that a tight game was made much tighter between two top teams.  Penalties is a harsh way to lose but it was always going to be a fine line either way.
