BAR is the future, I'm going to sweep all before me, be afraid.
What's that? Watford players had given up at half time as they were bored? I'm not having it..... I'd have taken a 3-2 loss with a new tactic, maybe some disruption to play it and perhaps not fully trained up. In fact, this season - given their success – I would have taken a 3-2 loss away with my normal tactic! |

Constantine 56 73-8+65 FAC Johnny Goldsmith Setif 45 42-3+39 FAS Charlie Fields Kabylie 39 45-32+13 FAS Cammie Melrose also won the Cup. Mouloudia 34 32-36-6 WHY Robbie Howard. Oran 32 22-8+14 FAS Greg Mullery
Despite losing the cup final last week Constantine made sure of the league title mainly thanks to their experienced strike force, having conceded only three goals all season shows how effective the Fast Cautious system can be. |

Good to see somebody beginning to challenge Tirana's dominance before the season started I thought nay hoped it might be Rob English's Flamurtari but they blew up midseason and have finished down in eighth with some catching up to do, maybe the big deal this week with Barcelona will be there salvation and kick them onto better things. |

Geoff's Shirak just missed out when they could only draw at home to Alashkert despite scoring seventeen goals in their last four games and conceding none, which included wins over Pyunik and Alashkert as well as the dreaded draw. Good job by Jo in his first full season in CF. |

Luckily for me I didnt have to toss a coin to decide who won this title, one of the closest contests I can remember, only one defeat all season away at Belgrano of all places, for the Champions meant the crucial games were the 1-1 draw at Argentinos and the 2-1 win at home against Argentinos. |

Another storming season for Melbourne sees them do the Double having thrashed the rest of the top four on their way to lifting the Cup, so still alot of catching up to do for the others. |

Innsbruck lifted the Double and remained unbeaten in the league although they "still need to strengthen if they are to fair better in europe next season" says the boss. Vienna were improved and are hoping to sign a decent centre forward this week, vital when using wingers. |

Nacional 62 +38 SLO Rob Wilson Danubio 47 +35 ISF Geoff Fields Strongest 45 +43 TOT Pete Davies Defensor 37 +21 WHV Paul Bradbury
Probably one of the most competitive leagues without being full of world class superstars was dominated by Nacional who went unbeaten all season and lifted both the Cup and the SudAmerica Cup to cap what was a great season for Nacional. For awhile it looked like Danubio could challenge them but in the end it was a good effort but no biscuit. Any rumours suggesting Rob bribed the GM with biscuits is totally not true.

I crushed the opposition as my players were fuelled by the black nectar that is Mackeson. Just a bit of fun for me as I tried out a few ideas I had for possible future inclusion in the game. Including strength, dexterity and intelligence stats for all the players. |

Chris took over at Brest late last season and immediately transformed them into winners and went on to win a treble, league, FA cup and Region cup, whether he'll stay for another season is as yet undecided. |

That was an exciting finish to what has been an exciting season all round in Brazil and yet another Double, this time for Phil's Botafogo with Sao Paulo coming so agonisingly close, but according to the long time Sao Paulo boss "My side deserves it after beating Botafogo home and away" but in the end analysis it was probably the 7-4 defeat at Cruzeiro back in week 7 that cost him the title. |

Well done to Sao Paulo, they made it very exciting and managed to beat Botagofo home and away which the manager has looked at and reinforced his squad adequately! Only the double? Did you revoke one of my Trophies |

Even the big two sides from Holland couldn't get anywhere near Genk this time around as the Champions beat all before them to remain unbeaten for the season having scored an incredibly 92 league goals. Joey reckoned his side had been eating too many sandwiches and was introducing strict diets for next season. |

Having drawn two and lost two of his opening eight games I remember Geoff lamenting his team missing the indepth preparations a side needs to start well, apparently that wont happen again and he has already lined up pre-season tours and a raft of challenge cups for the coming weeks. No european cup for Cherry again this season after previous seasons saw wins in the European Cup and Intertoto Cup, "We'll do better next season maybe even in the Champions Cup". |

Everton 51 +47 Man United 42 +21 Westham 41 +19 ------ Birmingham 41 +16 Banstead 40 +13
Everton and Man United join the top flight as expected and should do very well with Westham just hanging on in third despite losing this week, their good form has been down to the excellent form of Joe Hart but they'll be sorely tested in the top flght next season. Banstead just missed out but it was great fun and an enthralling competition right until the end. Cant see next season being any easier with Newcastle Wednesday and Spurs coming down. |
