Apologies, I forgot to run the International friendlies this week will try to do better next week, hopefully I wont be so distracted for the next turn.

I'll run them later and update the system accordingly..

The fee you offer a medical Specialist determines the effectiveness of the dealing. A fee of £15,000 will reduce an injury by one week and that is guaranteed, but for injuries that take longer than one week of attention the processing is more complicated. Each £15,000 you offer on top of the basic £15,000 gives a between 85% and 15% chance of shortening an injury by a further one week, depends on how old the player is and how serious the injury is. Just to give you an idea, usually for a five week injury on a 23-29 year old player a fee of £150,000 would probably be successfully in reducing the injury to a one week injury, but its not guaranteed. No injury can be reduced to less than one week, the only way to heal the last week is by natural healing. Injury prone players ( like Wilshere or Micah Richards who is at Banstead ) are even harder to heal quickly and you need to offer bigger fees to secure better specialists.

generally think - the more multiples of £15,000 you offer the higher the chances of reducing the injury to one week.

Sending players to see a specialist protects them from injury for one week per £15,000 you spend.

Interesting, could you go into more detail about the effect of med centres on injuries please?
Is it all to do with 'equipment'? Or does the NPS Physio have effect?

No obvious reason why nobody got their under 21 international printout so I'll need to investigate further.

Medical centres reduce injuries by one week guaranteed, equipment at your chosen medcentre has a chance to reduce by a further week.

Physios treat injuries during play and can reduce by one week, assistant physios can also reduce by a further week at the time of the injury.
Doctors can treat training ground injuries.

On this I have some clubs who don't have a specialist medical centre allocated - does anyone know how you do this, so they automatically get sent off when they have an injury? 

Independiente didn't even have a physio when I joined!

I did actually think about dropping it. Never had any club but my feeders booked into it. 

Will lower to 25,000 this turn if it helps benefit those without.

Just doing my bit for the community. Not all Clubs can be in a position to build and equip a medical centre. Better for me to have 2 clubs booked in at 25,000 then none at 50,000! 

Anyone else feel free to Bookin also, free biscuits and coffee (latte if you ask Sandra nice enough)

I have had no electric over the weekend and again today ( got the electrician here ), so I've not yet had a chance to look at that issue. It's top of my list of things to do asap as soon as I can get the computer on for decent amount of time.

OK. Thanks for the update.

Okay my electric has been sorted and i'm now investigating the missing Under21 output...

It was an easy fix, I've resent turns to all the International Under 21 managers.

note : some managers have yet to select their squads for the new season so I will get the system to create a default under 21 squad on week 1 so teams arent empty until the internationals start on week 5. 

Results were skewed this week cos some of your opponents had empty squads. If you want I can rerun any of those games, just let me know.
