Great week all round and pleased to see Plymouth get a win and a clean sheet! That should end the run of 4 away games so need to keep the consistency and push on from here. Twente and Independiente keep their runs going and all Atletico can do is keep winning and hope Real drop some points!

Another entertaining week, thanks Paul.

Pleased with how things panned out in the end, 7 wins out of 8 is a great week.  Some very tough games in there too.

Very pleased with the recent wins but very much inbetween a rock and a hard place with the FRE tactic and still trying to find the right balance.  Whilst Charlton are coming out the right side of recent games by just trying to outscore the opposition it isn't good for my nerves and surely isn't sustinable.  Need to continue experimenting to find the ideal scenario and remain scoring but also plugging some holes at the back!

Happy I moved away from the PEB tactic as although it was very strong at home, I always felt that away from home, in the bigger tighter games, it seemed to be found wanting.  Results with my own teams showed this but recently I've noticed Ben suffering losses in a run of tough games, plus others as well.  

There seems to be a fairly wide ranging choice of formations at the minute, the most diverse I've ever known I think.

Is everyone happy with their sides tactically at the minute?  What formations do you all play?  Same throughout your sides or are some feeders different from parent clubs?  Interested to see....

I have found PEB great at home and think with consistency and the right setup it should be good away, although it’s attacking that’s for sure! I think though that finding that balance is hard, especially away - although you, Watford, City and Liverpool all away is a tough run of games when trying to settle players down!
