Season 32 Week 11 processing...

Welcome to week 11, half way through the season...

Reset has started...

WATFORD

Back to winning ways last week.. Even if had to wait until the 90th minute. A win is a win, and 3 big points! 4 Clubs on 22 points at the moment, Arsenal, Watford, Man City and Charlton. Chelsea sitting at the top of the table at the moment. Having played more home games then anyone else in the league.. Can he replicate his home for away from Stamford bridge?
However, Watford have to concentrate on who is in front of them.  This week is Man City, abit of a bogey side for Watford in recent years. Start of the season was WHB Vs SLO with the sides playing out a 2-2 draw. This week is PEB vs SLO... Can Rice who has been made captain for the game disrupt the home side and unleash Grealish and Co? Watford defence will have to keep a eye on Rashford who has scored 13goals in 18! Dan James looks to be looking to regain his fitness with Eberechi Eze taking up the RH... Watford remain unchanged, with the side look to keep consistency in such a critical game!

GENK 

Another huge game for my sides this week, Home to Anderlecht! The sides met earlier in the season with Anderlecht taking all 3 points to inflict the first defeat in the league on Genk if over a year! Which prompted a shake up in tactic and personnel, Mukiele makes his Debut to help give him a boost and a harder tackler the Saelemekers. Will be a huge test for CF Hlozek who has impressed in from of goal all season, so will be interesting to see if he can do it in the big matches.. Mahrez and Griezmann who are providing the width will be under pressure to deliver with Noa Lang waiting to make an impression and Christopher Nkunku making his way from Brazil. Who will be the first causality of the new era at Genk...

LEVERKUSEN

German side have really come into there own identity of late, scoring goals from all areas of the pitch. Led by Milinkovic-Savic who loves being the main man in the side. However, this weeks opponents are Berlin! Will be a good test of credentials of the side trying to make there mark in the Bundesliga. Lasogga, Zajc, Dzagoev, Dittgen, Serdar and Henrichs all solid players. The side will have to be firing on all cylinders in order to break down such opponents. The challenge is on the manager relishes. 

BOTAFOGO

This weeks opponents are Coritiba, Who sit 2nd bottom of the table on Goal difference. Will this week cause them more problems coming up against a free scoring Botafogo who have managed 33 goals so far this season, but the manager will be looking to score a few goals earlier then the 84th minute! 22 points in the league, magical number it would appear for my clubs.
Main event though will be Fluminense Vs Santos this week. Before next weeks clash of Fluminense Vs Botafogo! Certainly a crunch part of the season, mid way and within grasp... Will the same be said after these next two weeks? Stay tuned to find out!

Schalke

Just the one match to focus on this week - Cologne Away. FAS v SLA with a central AM to annoy the opposition TM. Pau and Upamecano take a rest with Goretzka returning to midfield. Sane makes his league debut at last.

Dilrosun makes his way to Twente and Moriba finds his way to the Schalke youth setup.
Sane is put through his paces and the board do some share dealing as well as put a roof on the Trng Ground.

Sorry no pre game update from me. Work is nuts at the moment and currently in Gibraltar but home tonight. I am in the same hotel as the Latvian football team though.

I sat next to a couple of the coaches at breakfast and they were complaining about having to walk to the ground from the hotel. It’s literally 50 yards.

Friendly games have kicked off, if all goes well then the League games should be ready to kickoff Wednesday morning at 1000 hours as normal...
