Very true, absolutely agree and not expecting - if its true – him to play professional football again (least not at a high level) or keep his liberty!

No excuses - I agree.

Scum, the stuff that has come out already on its own, is enough to ensure he will get dogs abuse wherever he goes football wise and life in general, for sure his United career is done and depending on courts cases and prison etc, you’d be brave to take a punt on him due too the backlash

I despair. Ben Mendy as well. What's wrong with people?

He clearly had a few disciplinary issues within Utd/England setup and maturity was questioned by Southgate and wasn't recalled unlike Foden. 

However, no matter profession/status... what he did can't be excused. Hopefully the girl involved gets support she needs to move on with her life. And well Greenwood won't be seeing a football professionally again. 

Just look at Raith Rovers and David Goodwillie....
