I had the same (during the last heatwave)! Lots of rest and sleep - and copious amounts of ibuprofen and paracetamol – was a massive help!

Relatively disappointing half...

Plymouth need to step up a gear in the second half - get Silva and Gundogan into the action – perhaps SUP on KDB might be the plan moving forward or a shift to FAY - amazing quality on the pitch so hopefully have enough in the second half to see some goals come in. Manager pondering a shift to PEP but sticking with things for now...
