The data entry has finished and the friendly games have kicked off. The league games will most likely kickoff Wednesday morning at 1000 hours...

WATFORD
 

The Watford manager has decided to take the side in a different direction tactically. Could he have kept the team together…. probably.. Has he.. obviously not.. lol. Departures this week from Watford are Thomas Partey, Lucas Paqueta and Jack Grealish…. Manager is hoping the new additons to the side can be the difference being runners up and help close the distance to the top teams in the league. A couple of positional changes and player changes, so expecting a slight bit of disruption. However, Villa play a very defensive version on ISF… So hoping that the new tactic has the ability to cut through the defence.
A Slight tweak to the weekly training to help sharpen the players up who seem to be lacking in a couple of skills.
 

GENK

 
Genk side have stumbled over the last couple of weeks and shock Draw and Defeat in the last few games seems the side go back to PEB for the closing stages of the season before they decide which tactical direction they will look to for next season.
The side sees youth academy player Beniot Badishile leave this week after the arrival of Belgium international Arthur Theate.
Cup final this week Vs Anderlecht is a repeat fixture from last season, can the manager pull off another cup victory? The Belgium side look inspired and have had a hideaway this week to boost morale after a sticky patch.
 

LEVERKUSEN

 
German side were dealt a harsh blow last week with the injury to Gravenberch who has been a revelation since his arrival and the side will be keen to see how his recovery from the slight knock goes. However, Andrich is eager to fill in for him in the side. Tough league game Vs Berlin who have there own danger men in Kharaishvili and Brandt. It’ll be up to Andrich and Merino to help win the midfield and unleash Hazard/Musiala.
CUP final Vs Schalke… The manager has navigated a league double over the German giants… Surely 3 times is too much to ask.. Andy looks to have boosted his forward line with the arrival of Vinicius Jr, Mbappe, Havertz, Sane… Enough to shred most defences to bits. Bonucci and Soyuncu are going to have there work cut out for them!
 

BOTAFOGO
 

The Rio side are still flying high from there Copa Liba result and bringing the prestigious trophy back to Brazil with Rio celebrating.. hopefully not into to long in the night. As the season isn’t over.  Botafogo have fallen to far off the top 2 in the league, so going to try there hand at another formation which will hopefully centre more around Neymar and bring Llorente and Saul into the fray a little more.
However, the CUP side remains firmly on PEP as they look to overcome the colossus that is Santos! Gabigol and Rodrygo at stars in attack… Majority of the Santos side have played 34 games.. Will the manager rotate to protect his league form or will he go for bust and play both sides again….

Great to get some wins under the belt and commiserations to Feyenoord, Boca and Dave - seemed close games! End of an era at Independiente and Twente as rebuilds start this week and lots of internal moves across the teams ready for next season!
