Critical home win in the bag. Be interesting to see how the match report reads. Unfortunately all the other teams kept the pace also. Certainly getting interesting.

So Twente and Independiente being the most settled win again
Plymouth scoring 2 at City bodes well for the future - though urgently needs a couple of wins asap
Atletico switching around the midfield may not have worked but the manager is getting a good sense of his starting XI for next season - the AM position the main decision to make.

Eventful week yet again, enjoyable as always.
Initial disappointment was helped by three big league wins. On the face of it a 3-0, 4-0 and 7-0 are pretty good results. Fluminense continue to be a work in progress with Santos hitting 5 against us for the second time in three weeks! We did score this time so you could argue progress is being made...
Charlton got a very important 3 points, especially with all the others in the race getting positive results too. Honestly sounds like I got away with one this week as it seems the Banstead manager has been not completely focused recently! Expect the return leg in week 21 to be a completely different game!
Nantes get a big win and it could be vital in the grand scheme of things. Paris relentlessly keep winning and looking at their run-in I don't think the wins will stop either. If that's the case then Nantes need to win all 4 and then it will come down to goal difference, so todays result is even more pleasing in that respect but there is still a long way to go.
Wolfsburg had another strong win against the managers old side who although have been disappointing this year still have a lot of quality throughout their side. 9 points clear with 4 games to go, one more win should do it with the goal difference advantage too but no-one will be celebrating yet. Anything can happen in this game!!

Caicedo scores and then we concede again! Need to stop goals going in!
I would sell him
I'd just like to say I applaud Gaz for giving helpful advice to a manager in need of support. We're all in this together and it warms the heart to see such a caring and sportsmanlike attitude.
Well played Gaz and shame on the rest of us for not stepping up to help. Ben ........ you should sell him.
He doesn’t need support, he’s needs a settled team but he keeps masquerading as a modern day claudio ranieri, championship footballs very own tinker man ….id still sell him though

Can’t remember what season it was but still in my recent memory that Charlton needed a result on the last day against Chelsea and got soundly beaten and missed out on the title.

Transfer news
The only big deal this week sees Georgiy Sudakov join Barcelona from Morton for £60millions.
Plenty of smaller deals as managers keep stable or start building for next season, all detailed on your TP special action reports...
Delighted with this. Sudakov will be on his way to Hannover where he will compete for a midfield slot and hopefully add a bit more threat when going forward.
