What a shocking start to the new season!  Dreadful last week but this week even worse.  Only Nantes providing some relief.  Wolfsburg and Charlton in particular dropped off a cliff seemingly.  So disheartening.

Plymouth showing what stability can do, and Atletico and Independiente in close games so need big second halves. Nice to see Openda get on the scoresheet - might be his debut goal for Atletico...

Juventus a huge work in progress still, though Klavin Phillips will come in next week (the Yorkshire Pirlo) should strengthen things at AM - maybe Italy and slower pace might provide him a better place to restart his career.
