Is Paul going to be ok with feeders in top leagues?

I know it can't happen in England, but will it be permitted in all other countries?

its only in england that paul brought that about tom. not sure whether he decided that because in real life no feeder club can play in the top flight in england or because he just doesnt want charlton to be there in the game. probably a bit of both. as boca and cremonese are already in the top flight as feeder clubs i imagine jamie would have a strong case to argue if he was denied promotion. i think paul will promote his team, he should do because the rest of them are rubbish. and he should really allow charlton to do the same in england in my opinion, you cant really have one rule for one and another for somebody else.

Well if Ancona are allowed to be promoted ( not quite there yet anyway, still need another win) I'm certain it'll be a one season visit to serie A, they need a lot of work on them to compete against the big boys!
