and thats it the final whistle has blown here and its Bayern Munich who have taken the german title, snatching out of the hands of Schalke with a superb second half performance here.

so lots of drama there in germany and while we were away whistles have been blown around all our other games, with just one more goal to report...

and that goal went to...

Hatem Ben Arfa as Chelsea run out 2-1 winners over Oldham to finish top of the Championship.

so there you have it, the regular season is now over and we have the playoffs to feature in the next 2 weeks whilst most of you prepare for next season.

We'll try and get a few comments from managers...

Congrats to Gaz, Rob and Tom, commiserations to Jamie. Thats 6 league clean sheets in a row now for Brum which i'm very happy with, Gremio on a good run to end the season as well!

Will be a close season of consolidation at Birmingham, Gremio will look to strengthen in all area's!

A sweet taste of victory at Barcelona having pipped arch rivals Real to the title. Took a huge risk by selling Schweinsteiger, Evra, Marchena and others and also changing tactics mid-way through the season but the all out attack tactic kind of worked!

Next season will be tougher, Real will always be there and Betis seem to get stronger every week.

Can echo this (and to Matt). Been a great season of CF and I think the impact of the Sky Sports News run down of the games has had us all glued to the forum during Tuesday's - thanks to Paul for so much effort he has put it this season!

Perfect way to end the season. Glad to have ended strongly after a awkward mid season dip.

Tried out a few new members too the first team to hopefully help them gel. Extremely surprised to see djourou on the score sheet. Think he's the first CB yo have score for me.

I think rvp ends the season with the golden boot aswell.

Overall a very impressive season for my arsenal side.

Looking to improve in ST and DY positions but will just have too see what comes available

Best one so far in my time playing the game.

Not only did I have the promotion push for the big league with Charlton, which I never thought possible at the start of the season, but also the title challenge in a competitive France with Nantes.

But also, with the changes to the game, it is fascinating to hear about the title races in Germany, Spain and Italy along with all the others. Paul coming on the forum has really made the difference and I'm sure we are all very grateful for this.

This is what the game is all about, nail-biting last gasp winners that change the games, and with commentary online, really brings it all to life.

Really pleased with back to back Serie A titles. The main men, Pirlo and Ribery shone this season. Next season will be interesting with some tactical innovation at Inter and expecting tough challenges from Ancona, Juve and Milan. Hopefully with some squad additions a European last 4 might be on the cards too.

Bad luck to Jamie and others. Well done to all the League winners.

my team fell apart losing ten games this year letting in a massive 40 goals only team with a worse defensive record is bottom placed Sao Joao.

Once your team gets on a bad run of form it is very difficult to snap them out of it, my goals went 6 3 3 3 1 1 1 0 0 as i continued to lose, the last five games on the trot.
