I would disagree, it's football never going to be consistency as the game is very complex. Yeah might win next week 4-0 But under different circumstances..... home game? Cup week? Rested players? Bonus? Stamina?

Yeah but this game used to be all about consistency and keeping your team the same, settled etc. Now not at all.  Something has changed and not for the better imho.  Too many bang average sides getting shock results.

Mbappe is not even old enough to want first 11, and Silva's Morale is superb, as he is paid well and plays in all the cup games anyway.

If I player is 5* or above evening paying them 150k won't make them happy, world class players like Messi, Ronaldo, Neymar etc. Would never be happy I'm the bench regardless of money. So last week I had Jorginho and Pogba play under par cause there backup Dier and Barkley wernt happy not playing even though they got half a game in the Cup. So a new contract and more game time will hopefully make them happy. However if personnelly say with Mbappe, he's old enough to win the world cup and be the 2nd most expensive player is history.... So probs not happy on bench imo.

whenever i have a bad result, there has always been a reason, always. although this week, the only reason i can think of is being away from home to a half decent side. no disruption or unhappiness or form issues. i guess sometimes you just play below par and the opposition might not be?

International week? Got a lot of full internationals that maybe played 90mins for country aswell? I'm just guessing not sure if internationals affect stamina.
