WATFORD

Watford continue to keep the pressure on those above with a fine home display, however the loss of Cancelo might prove pivotal. Manager had a choice to play a DY at RB or play a more natural RB in Tomori. Keep to break into the side, gets the nod. Also allows for Saliba to make the bench as his integration to the first team still continues with the manager unlikely to break the partnership with Rudiger/Gabriel without good cause. This week see’s Watford take on Man Utd who has always been a tough side due to some legendary players in Balotelli and Pogba - rumours have it there will be random drugs testing after the game.
As for Europe, PSG are the opponents. With the manager making no changes from the side that thrashed Coventry in the cup last week, Evan Ferguson leads the line.
 

GENK

Genk performing great on the road with another 3-0 win last week out. Rumours have it that the manager is looking to integrate Doku into the side soon with the most likely casualy being De Ketelaere… Will the current starting XI give the manager reasons not to? Manager is looking for more from his star CF in Lukaku having only scored 5 goals so far this season, can Boniface’s arrival spur some performances… Hopefully can start by putting some goals past Lokeren this week, as for Europe is Monaco who the manager Is keen to impress against as looking forward to making latter stages of the competition. Rumours surrounding the club that some legendary players are coming… to help improve the back room staff and give the club a bit of a boost.

 
LEVERKUSEN

The manager almost foreseen his own downfall last week, having broken up a well gelled side… So the manager decided to do it again this week… suspensions didn’t help. So in comes Joao Palhinha for his Debut so hopefully he can be fired up to deliver for his boss… Also, Nkunku comes into the side for Eden Hazard who looks to have struggled in Germany.. Not sure how the manager will fair this week Vs a side who has Witz, Musiala and Havertz on the bench.
However the manager find more luck this week in Europe with Vitesse as opponents, who sees recent Germany international Vagnoman come into the side for suspended Maitlands-Niles
 

BOTAFOGO

Botafogo have seemed to find their top gear, hopefully they don’t peak to early as the season is long and plenty of tough games still to come. Another fine performance over Bragantino last week. This week is Sao Paulo… Surprise surprise.. the manager makes a grand total of Zero changes for the same regardless how tempting it is to bring Ramos in, who is still getting used to PEP having previously not played the tactic so his introduction might take longer.
Corinthian appear to be this weeks opponents who look to cause the side problems. Key rotations at AM and CB with Fernandinhos experience and Felipe at the back have helped keep the side fresh and will get the nod again this week.
