and the league looks like this

Barcelona 55 +39

Real Madrid 53 +42

so Barca cant afford to slip up in their two remaining games at home to Espanol and at home to Sociedad and you would expect them to win both those.

Very happy with todays performance - to limit free scoring phillip to just the one goal at his place is good going.

very pleased indeed - not complaining but wandering what my CF & ST have been doing in the last few weeks, not really seem to be contributing too much no matter what the combination.

sadly the titles gone, has been for a while my run in has been tough and stil got mark away and city home.

Bens form has been excellent this second half of the season so it seems unlikely, not unless we get an AGUEEERRRRRRROOOOOO style end of season moment.

that would be pretty ace though.

with Leicester's place in the playoffs most at risk their last two games at Palace and at home to Leeds are both crucial. Leicester have yet to lose to Spurs but have lost twice to Watford. However Watford have yet to play Spurs and Charlton both away from home but have only scored two goals in the league on three occasions this year. So its going to be a fascinating struggle over the coming weeks.

In Argentina it finished

Avellaneda 1 River Plate 2

so the table stays the same with

River Plate 53 +36 managed by reality manager Cesar Menotti

Boca 50 +35

although River Plate did lose ace man Savoila this week to suspension and they dont really have a decent target man to stand in for him, but have two easy home games coming up.

that means Ajax are crowned Champions again having remained unbeaten at home all season, with Feyenoord currently back in third five points behind Heerenveen and doing very well for their first season.

Gary's first game in charge of CSKA Moscow went very well as they held onto a narrow 1-0 win at Samara.

the first big deal to be comfirmed is a swap deal with Mario Balotelli joining Fulham in exchange for Jan Vertonghen, Michel Vorm and Clint Dempsey.

Massive game now at Palace, need at least a point. After a massively dissapointing campaign, it's a bonus for Leicester to be involved in the shake up at all. Make Jamie's Watford huge favourites for the play offs, regardless of their make up.

There's gonna be a defensive overhaul at Leicester this summer, that's for certain.
Hopefully Cahill will add a little bit of something in the short term.
Massive win over a high quality Valencia for Betis, so that'll be an interesting read.. Will be interesting to see if the wingers finally get involved
