The three protagonists are as follows
1 has 18 Caps for a country ranked 15th in the world with 0 champions League appearances in his career.
1 has 61 caps for a country ranked 63rd in the world (that's below Panama, Cape Verde, Honduras, Iran, Guinea and Uzbekistan) with 17 Champions League appearances in his Career.
1 has 51 caps for a country ranked 17th in the world with 29 champions league appearances in his career.

I base my assessment on what iv seen them all do in the premiership.
One centre half was Liverpool player of the season ago only a season ago, the other captains his club ( a top 6 side and is probably first choice England centre half ....

Skrtle's Anfield tenure has amazingly coincided with their worst spell for decades and Jaglieka is simply the not even the best of a bad bunch for England.
