Season 23 Week 22 processing...

Just so everybody knows I will be taking the bank holiday off so the game will be delayed for a day this week. Adds to the excitement ?

I'm away in the Deep South for the next two weeks, will be doing everything I can to try and tune in to the final day, but I'm reliant on wifi connections etc etc and there's a 6hr time zone difference so if kick off is the usual 10am it'll be 4am in the morning, might have to be a very very late night that one lol.

Ill apologise in advance if I don't get back to people particularly promptly as I'm hoping to be knee deep in BBQ and whiskey!!

I have turns from everybody except Jamie's Schalke and I expect he is still very busy.

Posted it but it was late on Friday. One essay to go then got a few months off and I can get back to full speed Footy.

Looking forward to this turn, I'm expecting there to be a load of transfer stuff happen in the next few weeks.

Need a win for Inter. Boca having drinks as they celebrate the treble prior to an open top bus procession. They'll also turn up for their final league game for the fun of it.

Big games in the Premiership this week with Birmingham against Charlton, Arsenal against Plymouth and Fulham entertaining Man City.

Transfer rumors include Fulham rejecting Man City's £50million bid for Andy Carroll and City's subsequent move for Plymouth's Robinho. Fulham are also rumored to be willing to offload Arjen Robben as well.

This is how it currently stands.

A Charlton win and they are champions
A Charlton draw and either a Plymouth or Fulham win would mean it goes down to goal difference between the three.
A Charlton loss, Plymouth and Fulham draw would mean Birmingham are champions
A Charlton loss and Plymouth or Fulham win would mean Plymouth or Fulham are champions. If both win it would go down to goal difference.

Think that is all the different scenarios...

and another early goal, this time in germany where Bayern are the visitors at Schalke, these two have been neck and neck all season and even though Schalke's huge goal difference advantage is unlikely to be overturned today I'm sure Bayern will be trying, so lets cross to Saint for an update...

A lot closer than people would have thought going into the last day, with Juve and Inter level on points.
Inter have the edge with a better goal difference and all they need to do is equal Juve's result, although I'm sure Rob will want to do it with a win.

Absolutely wide open.
Four teams could be crowned champions today.  Despite Charlton having a two point lead, their goal difference is a major concern.  A draw will probably not be enough, as Fulham, Plymouth and Birmingham are all in with a chance.
 
Fixtures are :  Arsenal v Plymouth, Fulham v Man City and Birmingham v Charlton.
 
Would be a brave man to call those results.  What a last day, and what fixtures to end with.
