I read a report of an interview with Ronaldo following Portugal's defeat to Germany last night and he was quoted as saying "I was beaten four nil I am not happy" and I thought, well, it may be a translation error but to say "I was beaten" instead of "we were beaten" just about sums him up for me.

Good 1st half displays from both teams. Barca need to push on and make the game safe with some more goals with Real already having the 3 points in the bag.  Flamengo can just carry on  

Happy with the performance in France at the lowly Sedan, three points are a must to keep up the title challenge.

All quiet at The Valley, not sure what to make of Liverpool this season, they have had some great results and some shockers.  Not the whipping boys everybody thought at the start of the season.  Saying that though, we need three points to stay with the other teams winning.  Missing captain marvel I think this week, against his old side.  Hopefully the running man that is Henderson can step up in the second half....
