Well it looks like there will be a huge expectation from the board that I continue the rich vein of form that Watford are in at the moment once I take too the dugout next week. 

Will the formation change or should I continue with what the assistant has done ? Wouldn't want a Raneiri/Shakespeare saga to unfold ha! 

Happy to see that Fulham are still going strong.... could be a challenge to mastermind a victory over them!

Remember when I first took over Plymouth, I did this gradually - sticking with Dan's/Assistant's formation until the season afterwards when I started to implement changes...
