These are all vaild reasons for suffering but you are missing my point that we have gone from battering teams to losing to bang average.  I haven't changed anything, bearing in mind Paul recently described Nantes as the best run club in the game, apparently counts for nothing when lining up against a bunch of farmers.

Nantes managed to turn themselves into absolute dog shite despite no team changes over the last couple of weeks?   Question Question Question
No team changes, is that cause there isn't competition? Maybe need to have there bonus increased.

Getting more bonuses than you can imagine, plenty of competition with players like Mbappe, Bernardo Silva trying to get into the team.

Couple of weeks ago I was not just beating teams, but absolutely battering them, I'm talking 24 chances to 0 etc

Then I suddenly draw last week to an average side and lose this to an even worse one.  Happy days
Well maybe the morale of players like mbappe and Silva who are daily first 11, world class players is dragging the team down? Are they on 150k - however due to there household name stats still might not make them happy.
Lol, so which is it?  Have competition for places or keep players happy morale wise by having average backup?

Mbappe is not even old enough to want first 11, and Silva's Morale is superb, as he is paid well and plays in all the cup games anyway.
On the morale issue I think it’s difficult. I have Asensio playing all cup games and coming off the bench in the League and salary etc are all correct. He plays horribly every time. I’m trying to tweak things without disrupting the apple cart. This is the sort of stuff I love about the game. Getting all the details working.

That's just it, they were all working perfectly before week 5, had it all sorted. Then they cant string two passes together apparently

Paul, can complacency become an issue for players of the back up is too young/not strong enough and can this matter more/less depending on personality or other factors?

I think teams have worked out Plymouth tbh which is the reason am struggling - I need some changes here to freshen things up.

Essentially everyone is available now for transfers and for discussions so feel free to PM me if there is interest in the squad...

This is a crackerjack of a game and a fine header by Danilo da Silva has levelled the scores here in a game that could still go either way in the dying moments, but after 82 minutes it is now

Birmingham 2 Charlton 2

Can this happen one week and destroy the rest of the team from the week afterwards? Surely all it would do is make the relevant position underperform?  Not have such an influence on all aspects of the team?

I think it's just about all over here because after 84 minutes it is now

Newcastle 4 Man City 2

and it is nothing less than the home side deserve as City's insistence of all-out attacking plays right into the home side's hands and yes Fabian Delph did celebrate over the top after scoring a rare goal for him.
