Have you done a Takeover yet Gary? Concerts - Can do 3 a season depending on Stadium Capacity can make 2-4million. 
Are you selling plenty of shirts each week? You can sell as many shirts as Fans e.g 240,000 fans - 10,000 shirts a week? Something to consider in the off season, Season Tickets? 

You get 100,000 per friendly played. I play friendlies even when skills are trained as 900,000 is a lot per week. Get a International Team as friendlies played for International generate 200,000. 

And lastly..... you'll gain some money at EOS for league position and Obviously when choosing buildings, look for ones that generate higher income such as Superstores and Hotel?

Official records started in season five, before that we only had English teams. Season 1 was won by Man City Geoff Fields, season 2 by Man United, season 3 was Arsenal, and season 4 I think was Soton Matt Backley, but that's all from memory as we had no Trophy file before season 5.

Not sure too many Teams will be open to discuss there finances as obviously could lead to unfair negotiations?

Did all your buildings get reset when you took over or were there some remaining from the previous regime?  If they did, you've done amazingly well to build so many at Watford!

I had to rebuild. 

Tip aswell. You dont need to equip a Youth/SBA/Dev to enrol players into them. Just skills dont train as fast...

There are ten full capacity stadiums in game one at the moment, Plymouth, Watford, Charlton, InterMilan, Flamengo, Fluminense, Bayern, Lisbon, Schalke, Nantes and Man City. The first one completed was Man City and the second was Plymouth.

I will say one thing about finances which is okay I guess, the biggest profit made this week from buildings was £1,674,550 the second biggest was £1,522,500 and the third biggest was £1,226,500. The fourth was £1,025,000. Only four people made over a millions, five people got close to half a million and overall only 32 teams made a profit from buildings this week, mostly less than £100,000 and everybody else made a loss. Biggest loss was around £400,000.

Yes.

My buildings make about 2m and cost about 1.5m but i need to topup the equipment of quite a few - doubt that'll get me to 1m profit though! I've just recently finished upgrading all to Indestruct though...

All my buildings are Indestruct, to avoid the decay each season and having Re-equip!

Above is a Building's List, might help some manager's Map out which buildings to priotise?
As previously stated, i look for buildings that give bonuses (+atten/shirtsales/+fans).

Are all the buildings i don't currently have, But if i built all i'd only be 15,000 up per week. But i could build multiple of other buildings such as Refreshment Kiosk and Subsidiary to increase profit per week.

Based on the Cost per building and equipment for same profit back Refreshment Kiosks would be the more economical building to build... Not sure what the Cap for each is. I know Supporters Clubs is 20.

MAXIMUM income from all your buildings could be £3,915,000 per week
running costs from non-profit buildings cost a maximum of £2,062,500
so the choices are yours but generally the buildings should be paying for themselves and making you a small profit or a bigger profit, just depends on whether you want buildings for the money or the bonuses or a combo of both. Most of you go for a combo which is very sensible.

The upfront cost of building and equipping only profit making buildings is £232,050,000 at Superquick prices so it would take about 3 seasons to recoup your outlay but you are getting all the bonuses in the meantime. Be clever and pick and choose your buildings carefully.
