MAXIMUM income from all your buildings could be £3,915,000 per week
running costs from non-profit buildings cost a maximum of £2,062,500
so the choices are yours but generally the buildings should be paying for themselves and making you a small profit or a bigger profit, just depends on whether you want buildings for the money or the bonuses or a combo of both. Most of you go for a combo which is very sensible.

The upfront cost of building and equipping only profit making buildings is £232,050,000 at Superquick prices so it would take about 3 seasons to recoup your outlay but you are getting all the bonuses in the meantime. Be clever and pick and choose your buildings carefully.

Paul, it may not have had a massive impact but Lucas Hernandez and Jose Giminez both had a hit from a wage drop this week even though the wages were increased.

Well I didn't know you could have more than 1 of some buildings...there is going to be a boom in construction work in the game I think.

I've just noticed that the squad Effectiveness figures being shown at the top of this week's match reports are incorrect for clubs suffering a handicap. Instead of showing the value at the start ofthe match the system is showing the value at the time the match report was printed. I'll get it right for next week.

Also I've reduced the handicap for bad attitude players. From next week the first one is free and creates no handicap ( its easy to make one mistake and get somebody wrong ) and each of the others will be 2% handicap instead of the current 10%. So you'll still be handicapped but not quite so violently. The first leftout player will also be free.

What info and how do you even start to review a players skills? I have Grealish who a lot of skills are only maximum of 6 which seems low to me.

Use the Dealing 'Review'

And normally you would send Paper articles, online report etc to back up why you believe a player needs a review. 

Articles online where they have statistics as usually good like 'Jack Grealish averages 80% completed short passes' would obviously increase his short passing Skill. Or 'Completes 3/4 of his through balls' might increase vision and Long Pass.

Also, a player making his international debut will potentially lead to a good review.  

CRPT are usually based on international caps, but players can receive 'Ghost Caps' if there a late bloomer E.g Vardy. Or where a manager refuses to call up certain players e.g Giroud and Demebele for France.. or Benezema(but that's a whole different story! Ha)
