was sorry to see sterling go, but he just wasn't fitting in with our style of play - never really excelling.

Is there a trick to contacting non-forum managers? People seem to have struck a few deals this week with them but everytime I try and contact one I just get ignored everytime!

 I have had some deals and some with no response , swings and round abouts ,

Because we've been stuck at home recently I've been getting plenty of phone calls and messages from a lot of clubs on and off the forum and I've had the time to take notes of wants and availables and put people together where Ive talked to them. Bob and I were on the phone talking about Stoke when Ben messaged me to say he was after Atletico and the Borre deal snowballed from that conversation although he was expecting to get Aguero to replace him, but i'm not responsible if somebody changes
his mind when their offered more money, i'm just the middle man...

I think the system works really well via messages, calls, I occasionally write notes and send them to Paul when we used to do paper turns. I agree with Gaz, sometimes they pay off, sometimes not (Donnarumma recently).

Although this Ben guy is questionable .... on many levels.
