It's great against some tactics but woeful against others, so you cannot go through the season just playing PEP.
And then have to be careful about disruption when changing. If you've had injuries too, sometimes you cannot avoid disruption. I agree FAS if you can Nullify the TM then you can disrupt there game. However requires a Equally quality AM and they aren't many of them I the game.

Agree re FAS, nowhere near as effective as it used to be.  Think it is restricted too with all the focus on the TM as DYs seem to be near invisible during the games.  Compare that to CAT or TIC where the DY thrives, but both play with a TM too.

Think the time has come to stop trying to win something with FAS, it is never going to happen!!

Email turns all sent out along with a copy of the latest rulebook that includes a few more indepth areas as requested by most people. Still more detail to include in the rulebook.

I'll do the printing tomorrow so you shouldnt expect your order sheets to arrive until middle of next week as we have no collection on a saturday here in cornwall.

Actually as were currently sending electronic Order Sheets Is there anybody who really needs their order sheets and must have them ? or can I forget about sending them out this week ?

This is the thing with popular tactical systems ( a LOT of clubs use FAST ) the opposition get use to it really quickly and it becomes less effective, which sort of unbalances the game in some ways, you cant use your favorite tactical system cos too many other people use it, which is why i'm thinking about changing the way this works for next season.

At the moment I'm contemplating turning the automatic tactical awareness players receive into skills that have to be trained up...

Do many managers use FRE Paul?  If I used it and lined up exactly the same as FAS would it still focus solely on the TM like FAS does?

This is really interesting tbh - does that mean that players would have a tactical skill and either pick things up quickly or not?

Tactically, I'd prefer more emphasis on tactic v tactic.
That would encourage more switching between tactics, which modern-day players are increasingly capable of, I feel.
The trouble with that is that the current disruption rules would be too punitive to enable it to happen.
Another disadvantage, is that the balance of the game may be too adversely affected initially.
So, you can probably just ignore everything I've just said!

no should have gone up by the usual 1000 but the system seems to have given the reward twice I'll look at it.
