I'm probably one of the most affected managers due to my love for a wonderkid! 

However, I'm for it. Happy to share the players around! 

Gives time to focus on other areas such as infrastructure and staff!

Deals between managers are to be agreed and can go up to 50%.
There can be no sell on to satellite clubs.
