Week 7

Has everyone noticed that the deadline for week 8 is 7th Feb. Thats a 3 week turnaround and another weeks delay to the season.

i did notice it and wondered why no one said anything it gives me a chance to revamp my squad hopefully or consider my position on wether to continue with the game full stop

Having lost my job last week this in not a priority at the moment even though i will have more time to mull over turns but its a case of the money for turns staying in my pocket.

I presume, unless I am giving Paul too much credit, that it is to allow the transfer window to close?

i dont see what the tranfer window has to do with it?? surely it would be better to do a load of NEW players on a weekly basis especially in England rather than 3 weeks of NEW in one hit where everyone has 3 weeks of them backed up

when all is said and done the bottom line is this - CF is better off and more competitive when there's a real manager involved, but you pays your money and takes your choice. if a club isn't being paid to be managed then they are at the mercy of everyone else. and that's how it should be.
