Not sure about philosophies but my main aim in the game is to keep a steady team with not too many changes, and i can't remember the last time i changed the tactics so it's nice and settled.

Saying that i'm very tempted in a deal thats been offered that'll see a major player leave and also a potential change of tactics, so it'll all go to pot at the Nou Camp!

A good wage structure is essential in keeping the players happy!
